  PALMYRA Daniel J. Coakley, 68, died Sunday, March 6, 2011, at home. Born 
  February 17, 1943, in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Daniel Coakley and 
  Susan Kless. He had previously worked for PennDOT and Erdman Anthony, 
  Harrisburg, was a Christian, Milton Hershey School Alumni, and Pennsylvania 
  AFSCME representative. A former Palmyra Orioles Little League coach, he enjoyed 
  playing baseball, fishing, boating, hunting, and golfing. Surviving are his 
  wife, Irina (Ivanovna) Coakley; children, Daniel Coakley of Cape May, New 
  Jersey, Stephen Coakley of Hummelstown, Kevin Coakley of Palmyra, and Christina 
  Orr of Ono; brother, John Coakley of Texas; sister, Joan Larson of Huntington 
  Beach, California; and grandson, Derek Orr. A memorial service will be held 1 
  p.m. Saturday at Buse Funeral Home, 145 N. Grant St., Palmyra preceded by a 
  visitation from 12 noon. Interment in Hershey Cemetery.
