  Virginia A. Curfman 
   
  PALMYRA Virginia Anne Curfman, 80, of 100 Cottage Drive, Apt. 113, died 
  Thursday, December 1, 2011, in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. She was the 
  wife of George D. Curfman, to whom she was married 46 years. Born in Lebanon, 
  on January 26, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Paul S. Wagner and 
  the late Lois Plitt Wagner Grossman. She was employed as an elementary school 
  teacher for 10 years with the Harrisburg School District and with the Lebanon 
  School District for four years. Virginia Anne was a 1948 graduate of Westown 
  Friend's School, West Chester, a 1954 graduate of Shippensburg University, 
  attended Lebanon Valley College, and got her special education certification 
  through Millersville University and Elizabethtown College. She was a member of 
  Palm Lutheran Church, Palmyra, the Lebanon County Women's Club Federation, and 
  member and past president of the Cleona Women's Club. Surviving, in addition 
  to her husband, are a son, Thomas P., husband of Annette Baker-Curfman of 
  Palmyra; a daughter, Lois Curfman McInnes, wife of Dr. John Stanley McInnes of 
  Rockville, Md.; and four grandchildren, Anastasia E. and Garrett T. Curfman, 
  and Joanna C. and Mariel E. McInnes. She was preceded in death by a brother, 
  George Plitt Wagner. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. 
  from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville, with 
  inurnment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday 
  from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
