She was the wife of Jeffrey Dechert. She was born in Lebanon on July 19, 1962, a daughter of Phyllis S. Wenrich Henry and the late Stanley Solomon James Henry Sr. She was a Lebanon High School graduate and was employed by and very dedicated to the Lebanon County (Colt) Transit Authority with 13 years of service as a bus driver. Debora attended St. Marks U.C.C. and was a Girl Scout leader for troop #401 sponsored by the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. She is survived by her children, Tina Sourwine, Kimberly Sourwine, Brian Dechert and Britany Dechert, all of Lebanon; siblings, Sheree Simpson, Cora Bradley, Linda Clark and Edward Henry; grandchildren, Joel, Tyler, Caden, Sara and Melanie. She was preceded in death by her brother Stanley Solomon James Henry Jr. Friends and family are invited to a viewing on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. where a viewing will also be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service in the funeral home. Interment will be made in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
