  ANNVILLE Phyllis E. Deibler, 78, died Sunday, April 24, 2011 in her home. Born 
  January 18, 1933, in West Pittston, she was a daughter of the late Roy and 
  Margaret (Lesher) Neiswender. She retired from Pennsylvania Department of Labor 
  and Industry and was a member of Sherks Meeting House, Annville. The widow of 
  Richard E. "Pep" Deibler who died February 27, 2010, she was also preceded in 
  death by brothers, James, Frank and Donald Neiswender. Surviving are her 
  children, Diane Y., wife of Frank Gasper of Lebanon, Dona Y. Welch of Palmyra, 
  Richard E. Deibler of Annville, Debra Y. wife of Lester Conner of Annville and 
  Dean E., husband of Susan Deibler of Annville; sister, Beverly Luci of Palmyra; 
  brothers, Kenneth Neiswender of Palmyra and Fred Neiswender of Clearfield; 
  eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be 
  held 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
