  Verna I. Ditzler 
  
  LEBANON Verna I. Ditzler, 97, formerly of N. 5th St., died Saturday, June 4, 
  2011, in Spang Crest Manor. She was the wife of the late Monroe C. Ditzler. She 
  was born in Berks County, on September 28, 1913, a daughter of the late Charles 
  and Maggie Fidler Kiene. She had been employed by Haak's Department Store and 
  Tillie Spangler. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. She is 
  survived by a great-niece, Charlotte Hernley of Newmanstown; niece, Elmira 
  Leibig og Wernersville; as well as several other nieces and nephews. She was 
  preceded in death by sisters, Mabel Snyder and Edna Strickler; and brother, 
  Walter Kiene. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m.. in the Rohland 
  Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Viewing will be held from 9 a.m.. to 
  the time of service in the funeral home. Interment will be made in the Salem 
  Reformed Cemetery, Bethel.
