Donahue LAWN Edwin Albert Donahue, 55, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at his home. He was born Saturday, February 11, 1956, in Philadelphia, the son of Charles W. and E. Christyne (McCaughey) Donahue. He graduated from Methacton High in 1975 and had worked for Philadelphia Mixing Solutions in Palmyra. He was a passionate outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, refinishing furniture, snowmobiling, the Flyers, and spending time in the mountains. He was a member of Dela-Ches where he enjoyed spending time with friends. Most of all he was a loving father and enjoyed being with his boys. He is survived by three sons, Matthew T. Donahue and fiancee, Carly Dean, Jesse D. Donahue, and Colton R. Donahue, all of Lawn; six siblings, Charles W. Donahue, Jr., Denise Johnston, Hena Markley, Michael Donahue, Margaret Donahue, and Christine Wolfe; companion and friend, Cindy (Bowman) Donahue; and multiple nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Community Bible Church, 1849 S. Forge Road, Palmyra 17078 with Pastor Kevin Brown officiating. Family and friends are invited for viewing on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and from 9 a.m. until time of the service, both at the church. Burial will be private. Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
