  LEBANON Lynne M. Eisenhauer, 58, died Monday, April 11, 2011, in her residence. 
  She was the wife of Jay L. Eisenhauer, to whom she was married to for 40 years. 
  Born in Lebanon on August 11, 1952, she was the daughter of William and 
  Jeanette Englehart Eisenhauer. She was employed by the Milton S. Hershey 
  Medical Center as Assistant Director of Patient Financial Services for over 20 
  years. Lynne was a 1970 graduate of Lebanon Catholic High School and a member 
  of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Lebanon. Surviving, 
  in addition to her husband and parents, are two sons, Jason D. Eisenhauer of 
  Fredericksburg, Adam P. Eisenhauer of Philadelphia; a granddaughter, Abriana 
  Faith Eisenhauer; two brothers, Jeffrey husband of Cindy Eisenhauer of Lebanon, 
  Fred husband of Judy Eisenhauer of Lebanon; a sister, Anne Louise wife of Joe 
  Caruso of Philadelphia; nieces and nephews, Joseph Eisenhauer, Joshua 
  Eisenhauer, Keely Eisenhauer, Zachary Simone, Emily Simone, Jenna Eisenhauer, 
  and Lauren Eisenhauer. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday at 11 
  a.m. from the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 2 N. 
  Eighth St., Lebanon. Interment will be held in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Viewing 
  will be held on Monday morning from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral 
  Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. No viewing at the Church.  
  Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville is in charge of arrangements.
