  Myrle E. Ellenberger 
   
  CORNWALL Myrle E. Ellenberger, 93, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 1, 
  2011, at Cornwall Manor. She was born Friday, March 9, 1917, in North Annville 
  Township, to the late Morris and Yetta (Light) Ellenberger. She graduated from 
  Annville High School in 1935 and the Good Samaritan Hospital Nursing School in 
  1946. She was employed as an obstetrics nurse at the Good Samaritan Hospital 
  for 38 years. She was a member of First E.C. Church of Lebanon, Missionary 
  Society, Cornwall Manor Society, Farm Women's Group 13, and volunteered at E.C. 
  Retirement Village in Myerstown and Cornwall Manor. She was an avid knitter, 
  and knitted over 400 sweaters for family and friends. She is survived by a 
  niece, Janice Schlappig; eight nephews, Bruce Meyer, Adrian Meyer, Craig Meyer, 
  Rev. M. Lee Ellenberger, Brian Ellenberger, Luke Ellenberger, Daniel 
  Ellenberger, and Eric Ellenberger. She was predeceased by a brother, Morris 
  Ellenberger; and two sisters, Mary Ellenberger Meyer and Yetta Ellenberger. She 
  is the last of her immediate family. Memorial services will be held Friday at 
  10 a.m. at First E.C. Church of Lebanon, 6th and Chestnut Sts., Lebanon, PA 
  17042 with the Rev. Alfred Miller and the Rev. M. Lee Ellenberger officiating. 
  Burial will be private in Kauffman's Cemetery, N. Annville Township.  Rothermel 
  Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, has been 
  entrusted with the arrangements.
