  LEBANON Christina Elizabeth Theresa Batdorf Emerich, 65, passed away Friday, 
  February 25, 2011, at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of James 
  Emerich. Born in Lebanon, on April 19, 1945, she was a daughter of the late 
  John and Christine (Arnold) Batdorf. She was a 1963 graduate of Lebanon 
  Catholic High School. She was a member and usher at The Church of St. Cecilia. 
  She enjoyed painting ceramics, gardening, bird watching, nature, hiking, trips 
  to Cape May, and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. In 
  addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, Maria L., wife of 
  Jason Miller of Fredericksburg, and James T., husband of Melissa Emerich of 
  Lebanon; two grandchildren, Michael and Jessica Emerich; four brothers, John 
  Batdorf, Michael Batdorf, Joseph Batdorf, and Stephen Batdorf, all of Lebanon; 
  two sisters, Patricia Wolfe of Lebanon and Mary Wolfe of Grantville; and 
  several nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass Wednesday 11 a.m. at The Church of St. 
  Cecilia, 202 E. Lehman St., Lebanon, PA 17046. Interment at Indiantown Gap 
  National Cemetery. Viewing hours from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. In lieu of 
  flowers, donations may be made to The Church of St. Cecilia. Thompson Funeral 
  Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon, is entrusted with the arrangements.
