Hershey Medical Center. Born February 19, 1991, in Ephrata, he was a son of James E. and Mary Ann (Sinatra) Farley of Jonestown. A jockey at Penn National Race Course, Grantville; Philadelphia Park; Presque Isle Downs; Delaware Park; Charles Town, West Virginia; Laurel Park, Maryland, and Pimlico, Maryland, he was a member of the Jockey Colony at Penn National. He ran cross country at Rising Sun High School in Maryland and while attending Pequea Valley High School, he went to the state wrestling competition in Hershey. Surviving in addition to his parents are his siblings Rosemarie Cassidy of Townsend, Md., Jacqueline Samojeden of Jonestown, Bridget Ann Samojeden of Tampa, Fla. and Phillip J. Farley of Palmyra; maternal grandmother, Theresa Sinatra of Merrick, N.Y.; three nieces; two nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, at St. John's United Methodist Church, 165 Firehouse Road, Grantville. Viewings will be held 1 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, and 1 to 2 p.m., Thursday, all at the church. Interment will be in Grantville Cemetery.
