  LEBANON M. Leaine Foltz, 93, died on Sunday, April 24, 2011, at Good Samaritan 
  Hospital. She was born on Wednesday, January 9, 1918, to the late Levi Heller 
  and Lizzie Kate Heller (nee Loose) in Lebanon. She was an active member of 
  Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church. Leaine was the last of her immediate family. 
  She was married for 66 years. She was a former member and president of the 
  Martha Circle. Leaine loved life, children, family and friends. She will be 
  sadly missed. Surviving are four nieces; and caretaker, Mary E. Clay. She was 
  preceded in death by husband, Mark L. Foltz; five sisters; and three brothers. 
  Viewing will be on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Salem Evangelical Lutheran 
  Church, 119 N. 8th St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 11 
  a.m. at the church.Burial will be at Ebenezer 'Covenant' Cemetery, Lebanon, 
  following the service.  Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to serve the 
  family with the arrangements.
