  John H. Frederick 
   
  NEWMANSTOWN John H. Frederick, 82, died Friday, February 18, 2011, of natural 
  causes in Phoebe Berks Health Care Center, Wernersville. He was the husband of 
  Joyce E. (Butt) Frederick. Born December 20, 1928, in Adamstown, Lancaster Co., 
  he was the son of the late John R. and Cora M. (Marshal) Frederick. He was a 
  member of Zion "Gosherts" U.C.C., Mt. Zion, Lebanon County. He was also a 
  member of the Newmanstown Fire Company and Ambulance. Mr. Frederick was a 
  veteran of the Korean War, having served in the Army. He was a Utility Worker 
  for UGI, Reading, for 41 years until his retirement. In addition to his wife, 
  he is survived by one son, Terry, husband of Elizabeth Frederick of South 
  Heidelberg Twp; two daughters, Cheryl, wife of Terry Miller of Myerstown, and 
  Bonita, wife of Kenneth Achey of Newmanstown; one sister, Pauline Ulrich of 
  Reinholds; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased 
  by two sisters, Florence Adair and Kathryn Rissler; and by a granddaughter, 
  Lindsey Frederick. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. from the 
  Chapel of Phoebe Berks Village, 1 Reading Drive, Wernersville, 19565, with the 
  Rev. Ronald Miller and the Rev. John E. Fureman officiating. Mausoleum 
  entombment will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery, Sinking Spring. Friends may 
  call Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hetrick-Mull Funeral Home, Inc., 27 E. 
  High St., Womelsdorf, and Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of service at the 
  Chapel of Phoebe Berks Village.
