  Carmen L. Fuentes- Melendez 
   
  LEBANON Carmen L. Fuentes-Melendez, 74, died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011, at the 
  Good Samaritan Hospital. Carmen was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on July 1, 
  1937, she was the daughter of the late Antonio Fuentes and Belen Melendez. 
  She enjoyed knitting, sewing, reading the Bible, and singing.  She is survived 
  by 3 children, Raul Maldonado, Carlos J. Maldonado and Carmen B. Melendez-
  Delgado; 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 3 sisters and 1 brother. 
  Funeral Services at the convenience of the family.
