  Raymond S. Funck 
  
  ANNVILLE Raymond S. Funck, 83, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2011, at 
  the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Pauline M. Fahnestock 
  Funck and on November 12th they would have celebrated their 62nd wedding 
  anniversary. Born in N. Annville Twp. on July 19, 1928, he was the son of the 
  late John Funck and Edna Fortna Funck Maulfair. He owned and operated their 
  family farm in E. Hanover Twp. Since 1972, they've operated Down on the Farm 
  Ceramics and for many years he operated Down on the Farm Wild Animal Farm. He 
  was a member of the Ono United Methodist Church and the PA Farmer's 
  Association. In his youth he especially enjoyed trick riding and jumping at 
  various horse shows and achieved multiple state championships in jumping. In 
  addition to his wife he is survived by his sons, Gary, husband of Elaine 
  Funck, of Challis, Idaho, and Dennis, husband of Cindy Funck of Annville; 
  grandchildren, Roger Funck, Audra Gilbert, Christie Ollar, Natalie Snyder, 
  Daryl Funck and Chelsea Funck; and eight great-grandchildren. Memorial 
  services will be held on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Ono United Methodist 
  Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be 
  held at the Salem Evangelical Cemetery, Ono, at the convenience of the family. 
  Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown, is in charge of the 
  arrangements.
