She was born on Monday, October 5, 1931, to the late Herman S. Imboden and Rachel Maude Imboden nee Goff in Bridgeport, Ohio. She was a member of the Salvation Army. She worked as a housekeeper. Edith enjoyed cooking, crocheting, crafts and pets. Surviving are sons, Thomas M. spouse of Patricia Kreiser, Lebanon, David B. spouse of Nancy Kreiser, Malvern, Roger A. Herr; daughter, Susan Bryant; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, John Imboden; sisters, Anna Mae DiSteffano, Virginia J. Brown, Eleanor A. Uhrich. She was preceded in death by husband, Robert A. Garrett; brothers, Thomas G. Imboden and Herman Imboden; sister, Harriet S. White. Viewing will be on Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Cedar Haven, 590 S. 5th Ave., Lebanon. Funeral services will be on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Cedar Haven. Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Cedar Haven Gift Fund, Lebanon, Pa.
