  Betty J. Garrison 
  
  LEBANON Betty J. Weaver Garrison, 85, passed away in Manor Care, Lebanon, on 
  Monday, September 12, 2011. She was the wife of Gerald E. Garrison. She was 
  born in Lebanon on December 15, 1925, a daughter of the late George W. and 
  Elizabeth M. Legay Weaver. Mrs. Garrison was the owner of Betty's Windmill 
  Diner, where she retired. She was baptized in the Chapel of the Holy Child 
  Diocese of Pennsylvania. She enjoyed going camping and collecting owls. Betty 
  was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed her family, especially her 
  grandchildren. Surviving are her husband; a son, Edward E. Garrison, companion 
  of Tammy Hartlieb of Lebanon; a stepson, Dennis G. Garrison, companion of Lyn 
  Dell Sowers of Harrisburg; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 
  sisters, Mildred "Dolly" Steckbeck of Lebanon and Lillian Bergizh of Hershey; 
  a brother, Elmer "Sonny" Beck of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews. 
  Memorial services will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. in the Rohland Funeral 
  Home, Inc., 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon 17042. A visitation will be from 9 
  a.m. until the time of the service. Contributions may be made in Betty's 
  memory to the Alzheimer's Greater PA Chapter.
