  FREDERICKSBURG Henry F. "Buzz" Gerhart, Jr., 59, passed away on Tuesday, 
  September 13, 2011, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center surrounded by family. 
  He was the husband of Mary A. Trautman Gerhart, and on July 19th, they 
  celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary. Born in Lebanon, on September 14, 
  1951, he was the son of the late Henry F. and Martha Seigfried Gerhart. He 
  worked as a truck driver and retired from R&L Carriers in Lebanon. He was a 
  member of the St. John's United Church of Christ, Fredericksburg and US JCI 
  Senator #55766. For eleven years he was involved in his grandson's KJM Racing 
  Team. The highlight of his grandson's career was winning this summer's Jr. 
  Half A Main Quarter Midget Championship earning Buzz the honor of being a 
  Quarter Midget of America Grand National Champion Handler. In addition to his 
  wife, he is survived by his daughter, Michele R. wife of Kirk Morrissey of 
  Jonestown; grandson, Kaleb J. Morrissey; brother, Eugene H. Gerhart, Sr., of 
  Fredericksburg; sisters, Bette M. Foskey of Seaford, Del., Myra M. Zechman of 
  Pine Grove and Robin L. Getz of Fredericksburg. He was preceded in death by a 
  brother, Leonard F. Gerhart; and a sister, Henrietta G. Gerhart. Memorial 
  services will be held on Monday, September 19, 2011, at 7 p.m. at the Kreamer 
  & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. 
  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, 
  memorial contributions may be made to the Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute.
