Gingrich HERSHEY Timothy Michael Gingrich, 50, died Sunday, August 14, 2011, in the Hershey Medical Center after a year-long battle with cancer. He was the husband of Marylouise Smith Zengerle Gingrich. Born in Lebanon on February 28, 1961, he was a son of Shirley Emrich Gingrich of Lebanon and the late Terrence M. Gingrich, Sr. Tim had been an employee of Dauphin Electric (Consolidated Electrical Distributers) since April of 1995. He was a 1979 graduate of Cedar Crest High School. Tim was an avid golfer, enjoyed playing pinochle, loved listening to music and was a dedicated gardener. He was skilled in many types of woodworking and home repair and always liked to keep busy. Tim was a gentle man who affectionately indulged his wife's passion for cats. Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are six step children, Dana Moyer, Daniel husband of Lora Moyer, Jonelle wife of Robert Edris, Cameron Moyer, Holly Zengerle and James A. Zengerle; seven step grandchildren; siblings, Wendy S. Gingrich-Gassert and husband Tom; Louise Bours wife of the late Albert Bours III, Diane Gingrich, Randy husband of Cindy Gingrich, Patricia Gerhet, Terrence M. Gingrich, Jr., and Donna wife of Rick Rhen all of Lebanon; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in St. Luke Lutheran Church, E. Main St., Schaefferstown. Interment will be made in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Viewing will be held on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA and on Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Leukemia Society.
