  Dianne P. Gipe 
  
  LEBANON Dianne P. Gipe, 69, died Sunday, November 20, 2011, at Hospice of 
  Lancaster County. She was the wife of Kenneth P. Gipe. Born in Lebanon, on 
  January 20, 1942, Dianne was a daughter of the late Edward Light and Dorothy 
  (Peiffer) Light Spang. Prior to retirement, she worked as a district manager 
  at the former Contempo Fashions, a home based jewelry business. Dianne was a 
  past worthy Matron of The Eastern Star and the Lebanon High School Alumni 
  Band. She loved animals and spending time gardening, but most of all she 
  cherished the time spent with her grandson. In addition to her husband, she is 
  survived by a son, Kenneth, husband of Jeanine Gipe of Palmyra; a grandson, 
  Kenneth; a sister, Lorraine of Lancaster; and many nieces and nephews. 
  Memorial service 4 p.m. Thursday, December 1, at Bethany United Methodist 
  Church, 510 N. Hanover St., Lebanon 17046. Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. 
  at the church.  Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the 
  arrangements.
