  Barbara A. Godlevski 
  
  LEBANON Barbara A. Godlevski, 67, passed away on Monday, January 17, 2011, at 
  the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of Larry A. Godlevski, who will 
  deeply miss his wife and best friend. Barbara was born in Lebanon, on June 4, 
  1943. She worked at the Good Samaritan Hospital in laundry services and was a 
  member of the Faith Baptist Church in Lebanon. Surviving, in addition to her 
  husband, are a sister, Mary Firestone of Lebanon; and several nieces and 
  nephews. Memorial services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. from the Faith 
  Baptist Church, 220 S. 22nd St., Lebanon, PA 17042. Interment will be held at 
  the convenience of the family.  Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville, 
  is in charge of the arrangements.
