  PALMYRA Arlene J. Gruber, 84, formerly of Cleona, died Sunday, March 27, 2011, 
  at the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, Palmyra. She was the wife of Russel R. 
  Gruber, who died in 1994. Born in N. Lebanon Twp. on June 16, 1926, she was the 
  daughter of the late Jacob and Edna Meyer Doutrich. Arlene was a 1943 Graduate 
  of Annville High School and a 1944 graduate of Lebanon Business College. She 
  worked as a secretary/bookkeeper for Nomend Hosiery Mills and Steiner & Faren, 
  CPA. Arlene was a member of the Immanuel United Methodist Church in Cleona. 
  Surviving are two nieces, Linda Martin of Troy and Bonnie McCarthy of 
  Liverpool; and five nephews, E. Michael Doutrich of Lebanon, Alan Doutrich of 
  Lebanon, Bruce Gruber of Emmaus and Kerry and Delmar Brough. She was preceded 
  in death by her brother, Earl Doutrich. Funeral services will be held on 
  Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory 618 E. Main St. 
  Annville, PA 17003. Interment will be held in Grand View Memorial Park, 
  Annville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral 
  home.
