Margaret L. Halligan 

ANNVILLE Margaret L. Halligan, 85, died Tuesday, January 11, 2011, in the Good 
Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of Olen E. Halligan, who died in 
1981. Born in Shippensburg, on October 3, 1925, she was the daughter of the 
late John and Helen Hollar Fogelsonger. Margaret was a clerk for many years 
with Gimbel's Department Store in Pittsburgh, and was a volunteer with the 
Bellegrove Fire Company Auxiliary. Surviving are a son, Lawrence Halligan of 
Pittsburgh; one daughter, Linda, wife of Lee Summers of Annville; nine 
grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Charles Fogelsonger and 
wife, Marie of Harrisburg; and one sister, Helen, wife of Robert Thomas of 
Arkansas. She was preceded in death by twin daughters, Terry Pepe and Sherry 
Wilson; and a brother, John Fogelsonger. Funeral services will be held Saturday 
at 10 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., 
Annville 17003. Interment will be held in Grand View Memorial Park, N. Annville 
Twp. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service from 9 to 10 a.m. at 
the funeral home.
