  Catherine Harrison 
  MYERSTOWN
  
  Catherine Harrison, 66, died Saturday, July 23, 2011, at the Good Samaritan 
  Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of George Harrison, to whom she was 
  married nearly 50 years.  Born in Philadelphia, on September 27, 1944, she was 
  the daughter of the late Madeline (Holms) Wolfington.  She was employed by the 
  Twin Spruce Home, Myerstown, for over 11 years until her retirement.  A member 
  of Mary Gate of Heaven Catholic Church, Myerstown, she enjoyed painting 
  ceramic angels and knitting.  In addition to her husband, she is survived by 
  sons, George Harrison Jr. of Arizona; Andrew Harrison and his cat, Pepper, 
  with whom she resided; John M. husband of Pamela T. Harrison and their dog, 
  Lucy, of Cleona; daughter Roseanne Freeman of New York; and a grandson, Mike.
  A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. from Mary Gate of 
  Heaven Catholic Church, 188 W. McKinley Ave., Myerstown. There will be no 
  viewing. Visitation will be Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at the church. Interment 
  will be held at the convenience of the family at Grand View Memorial Park, 
  Annville.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the 
  American Diabetes Association or the Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown, Pa., to 
  defray funeral expenses.
