Elizabeth A. Harvey 

MYERSTOWN Elizabeth A. Harvey, 70, died Saturday, January 8, 2011, at her 
residence. She was the wife of Charles W. Harvey, to whom she would have been 
married 53 years on January 25, 2011. Born in Lebanon, on November 5, 1940, she 
was the daughter of the late Casper and Bertha C. (Martalus) Shirk. She had 
been employed at Everite Knitting Mills, Lebanon, for 25 years and was a member 
of Mary Gate of Heaven Catholic Church, Myerstown. In addition to her husband, 
she is survived by sons, Charles W. Harvey, III, husband of Lori Harvey of 
Myerstown, and Brian K., husband of Carol Harvey of Myerstown; grandchildren, 
Joshua, husband of Gabriella Harvey of Jersey City, N.J., Amy Harvey of 
Palmyra, and Cody Harvey of Myerstown; sisters, Catherine Smith of Lebanon and 
Anna Carpenter of Lebanon; brother, Stephen Shirk of Lebanon; and several 
nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Shaak, and 
brother, Richard Shirk. Services will be held at the convenience of the 
family.  Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown, is entrusted with the arrangements.
