  Gerald L. Hauck 
  
  MYERSTOWN Gerald "Jerry" L. Hauck, 65, entered into rest at his residence on 
  Tuesday, March 1, 2011. He was the husband of JoAnn Shultz-Hauck. Born in West 
  Cocalico Township, he was the son of Evelyn (Gerhart) Hauck of Denver and the 
  late Luther Hauck. Jerry served in the Air National Guard and was a member of 
  Mellingers Lutheran Church, Schoeneck. He bowled on the North End Church 
  Leagues and enjoyed golfing, hunting, NASCAR, the Phillies, and the Eagles. 
  Jerry had worked for Hayes Construction in Wyomissing for 46 years. In addition 
  to his wife and mother, Jerry is survived by his children, Michael Hauck of 
  Wyomissing, Melissa, wife of William Baker of Galloway, N.J., and stepson, 
  Robert Shultz of Myerstown; a brother, James, husband of Catherine (Strunk) 
  Hauck; two sisters, Joyce, wife of Donald Boyer of Denver, and Nancy, wife of 
  Samuel Heiser of Reinholds; and two grandchildren, Robert and Brandon Shultz, 
  both of Myerstown. A viewing will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at Roseboro 
  Stradling Funeral Home, 533 Walnut St., Denver, followed by funeral services 
  held at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Timothy L. Craven officiating. Interment will 
  follow in the Mellingers Cemetery.
