  PALMYRA Edna M. Herr, 74, of Schoolhouse Road, died Monday, October 3, 2011, 
  at home. Born October 20, 1936, in Indiantown Gap, she was a daughter of the 
  late Herbert and Elsie (Runkle) Shuey and was also preceded in death by 
  sisters, Helena Shuey and Ruth Gutshall. She was a member of Faith United 
  Church of Christ, Grantville, and former boss lady of Herr's Repair Shop, 
  Palmyra. Surviving are her husband of 57 years, John E. Herr; son, John E., 
  Jr., husband of Dawn Herr of Palmyra; brother, Reuben, husband of Marilyn 
  Shuey of Elizabethtown; sister, Edith, widow of Kenneth Miller of Annville; 
  three granddaughters, Jennifer Herr-Altigieri, wife of Thomas Altigieri of 
  Camp Hill, and children, Ashton Herr and Nico Altigieri, Heather, wife of 
  Matthew McGowan of Lebanon, and children, Braden Herr, Cheyenne McGowan, and 
  Kimber McGowan, and Rebecca Herr of Palmyra; and numerous nieces and nephews. 
  A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Faith United Church of 
  Christ, 117 N. Faith Road, Grantville, preceded by a viewing from 9:30 a.m. 
  Interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
