  Vivian V. Higgins 
  
  LEBANON Vivian Vernon (Simmons) Higgins, 89, passed away peacefully on 
  Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Elmcroft Senior Living Community of Lebanon. She 
  was born Tuesday, January 24, 1922 in Mt. Kisco, N.Y. to the late William and 
  Angelina (Buzzutto) Simmons. She was predeceased by her loving husband, William 
  Higgins, Sr. on Friday, August 21, 1992. She was retired from N.J. Department 
  of Transportation where she served as principle clerk. She is survived by two 
  sons, Frank J. Higgins and wife Marry M. of Schnecksville, and William E. 
  Higgins and wife Linda L. of Palmyra; seven grandchildren; and four great-
  grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Patricia A. Bonn. Funeral 
  services will be held Monday, March 7, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Rothermel Funeral 
  Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 West Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078 with 
  Chaplains Ron and Bobbi Gildeau officiating. Family and friends are invited for 
  visitation from 10 a.m. until time of the service. Private burial will take 
  place in Princeton Memorial Park, Robbinsville, N.J.
