  MYERSTOWN Terry L. Hoffman, 69, died Sunday, July 10, 2011 at his residence. 
  He was the husband of Patricia A. (Miller) Hoffman to whom he would have been 
  married 47 years on September 12. Born in Stouchsburg, on January 9, 1942, he 
  was the son of Vera M. (Bashore) Hoffman of Myerstown and the late Robert H. 
  Hoffman. He was a 1959 graduate of Myerstown High School and had been employed 
  at Quaker Alloy Co., Myerstown for 34 years and for Jackson Township, last 
  working July 2010. He was a member of Tulpehocken UCC, Richland and the Marion 
  Rod & Gun Club. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a son, 
  Douglas husband of Linda Hoffman of Myerstown; granddaughter, Shelby Lynne 
  Hoffman of Myerstown; sister, Sharon A. wife of Charles D. Anspach of 
  Myerstown; brothers, James H. husband of Rebecca Hoffman of Myerstown, Craig 
  R. Hoffman of Myerstown, Brian H. husband of Sharon Hoffman of Myerstown; 
  several nieces and nephews; and his mother-in-law, Beatrice Miller of 
  Myerstown. A memorial service will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. from Grose 
  Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown. Visitation will be Thursday 
  at 6 p.m.
