Keisling ANNVILLE Delford Vance Keisling, 85, formerly of Lykens, died Thursday, January 6, 2011, in his residence. He was the husband of Sarah Anne Starr Keisling, who died in 1985. Born in Harrisburg, on December 17, 1925, he was the son of the late Oliver and Mildred Seechrist Keisling. He was employed as a Dental Technician for 60 years, most recently by Dr. Francis Churgai & Associates, Lebanon, retiring December 31, 2010. He was a U.S. Air Corps veteran of WW II serving in Italy, Germany, and North Africa. While living in Lykens, Delford served on the Lykens Borough Council, the Lykens Library Board, and was a member of the Liberty Hose Company #2 serving as a fireman and with the fire police. He was also Past Master (1965) of the Ashler Masonic Lodge #570 F. & A.M., Lykens. Surviving are a daughter, Pamela, wife of Patrick J. Kerwin of Annville; four grandchildren, Kandice Kerwin Giurintano, Patrick Oliver Kerwin and wife, Megan, Victoria Kerwin Taylor and husband, Grant, and Veronica Kerwin; and three greatgrandchildren, J.J. Christopher Giurintano, Augustus Patrick Giurintano, and William Patrick Kerwin. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Tower City. A good man has passed our way! Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville, is handling the arrangements.
