  LEBANON Miriam "Mim" Kern, 88, passed away Easter Sunday, April 24, 2011 in 
  Spang Crest Manor. Born on April 22, 1923, she was the daughter of the late 
  Jacob and Laura Mae Clements Kern. Miriam was a lifetime employee of the 
  Hershey Chocolate Corporation, Hershey, and thoroughly enjoyed her retirement 
  and the friends she made at Spang Crest Manor. She was an avid reader and took 
  pleasure in traveling. Miriam was the last surviving member of her immediate 
  family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother 
  and sister. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9 a.m. in the Rohland 
  Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, where a viewing will begin at 8:30 
  a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be made in Mt. Lebanon 
  Cemetery.
