LEBANON Susan K. Klarsch, 55, died on Friday, January 7, 2011, at Johns Hopkins 
University Hospital, Baltimore, Md. She was born on Friday, February 4, 1955, 
to Henry Funk and Mrs. Sarah 'Nancy' Funk in Lebanon. She was a member of St. 
Andrews Presbyterian Church. She earned a bachelor degree at Penn State 
University in 1977 under Individual & Family Studies. Susan worked as the 
Executive Director at Lebanon Co. Comm. of Drug and Alcohol. She was an avid 
gardener, enjoyed cooking, entertaining and traveling. She was involved with 
her work and community and was a former trustee of the church. Susan also 
enjoyed the company of her cats. Surviving are husband, Dan Klarsch, Lebanon; 
brothers, Robert spouse of Maureen Funk, David spouse of Laurie Funk, Kenneth 
spouse of Julie Funk; sister, Betsy spouse of Dale Reppert; and several nieces 
and nephews. Memorial services will be on Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. Andrews 
Presbyterian Church, 600 S. 12th St., Lebanon. Burial will be at the 
convenience of the family.  Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. is honored to serve 
the family with the arrangements.
