  Donald R. Klick 
    
  MYERSTOWN Donald "Sonny" R. Klick, 79, died peacefully Monday, October 31, 
  2011, at his residence. He was the husband of Marian M. (Klopp) Klick, to whom 
  he was married 55 years on March 10, 2011. Born in Jackson Twp., on January 
  20, 1932, he was the son of the late Norman H. and Irene H. (Bennethum) Klick. 
  He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and retired after 35 years as 
  a maintenance mechanic at North American Refractories, Newmanstown. He was 
  devoted to his family and enjoyed gunsmithing and hunting. In addition to his 
  wife, he is survived by daughters, Diane, wife of Irvin Weiler of Richland, 
  Lori Palm of Myerstown, and Wendy, wife of Joel Saylor of Myerstown; son, 
  Douglas, husband of Katherine Klick of Newmanstown; 12 grandchildren; nine 
  great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; sisters, June, wife of Ray Deck 
  of Myerstown, Mae, wife of Ronald Hall of Reading, and Helen Gibble of 
  Fredericksburg; brother, Harold, husband of Jeanette Klick of Lebanon; several 
  nieces and nephews. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. A 
  visitation will be held Monday, November 7, 2011, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 
  Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown. Interment will be 
  private at Tulpehocken U.C.C. Cemetery, Richland.
