M. shabodeho@aol.com May 22, 2011, 12:00 am Published in Lebanon Daily News on May 20, 2011 Charles H. Kline BUCK RUN Charles Henry Kline, 65, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Born in Lebanon, on December 27, 1945, he was a 1964 graduate of Northern Lebanon High School. He served in the Army National Guard from 1964 to 1971. He worked for Hempt Brothers Construction Company of Camp Hill for 27 years as a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping, but most of all he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved his family dearly and was so proud of them. He was a life member of the Mt. Pleasant Hose Company and enjoyed being an active member before his health deteriorated. He was a faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Chapel, Buck Run. Precedein him in death were his parents, Henry and Violet Houser Kline. Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Phyllis Bowers Kline; his son, Brian C. Kline and daughter-in-law, Janet M. Kline of Buck Run; daughter, Kimberly A. Conville and son-in-law, Todd D. Conville of Minersville; daughter, Laura L. Bosack and son-in-law, Edward J. Bosack, III of Forestville; grandchildren, Joshua B. Kline, Ryan J. Kline, Jared M. Conville, Ty E. Bosack and Ava L. Bosack; sisters, Pat Weand of Jonestown, Shirley Shatto of Middletown, Dian Blair of Muir, and Linda Blair of Jonestown; brothers, Leroy Kline of Myerstown and Kevin Kline of Lebanon; and nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday from the Donald J. Butler Funeral Home, 328 Sunbury St., Minersville. Pastor Paul Schaediger will officiate. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday morning from 7 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Schuylkill Memorial Park Cemetery, Schuylkill Haven. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions in memory of Charles to the Trinity Lutheran Chapel Memorial Fund. Contributions will be accepted at the funeral home.
