  Alvena M. Kneasel 
  
  LEBANON Alvena M. Kneasel, 73, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 16, 
  2011, at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of Lee E. Kneasel. They 
  would have celebrated 53 years of marriage on September 20, 2011. Alvena was 
  born in Lebanon, on July 29, 1937. She was the daughter of the late Nick P. and 
  Eva (Ziegler) Mamozic. She was a member of Mt. Zion Road Church of the 
  Brethren. She was active in her church and went on disaster relief trips for 
  the Brethren Church. She was the baker at Cedar Crest Middle School and also 
  worked in the cafeteria for 25 years. She was a 4-H leader for 30 years and 
  secretary for the Penn State extension of Lebanon for a number of years. She 
  was a great Phillies fan and a die hard Penn State fan. Surviving, in addition 
  to her husband, Lee are three children, L. Michael, husband of Sandra Kneasel 
  of Lebanon, Ronald R. Kneasel of Manteo, N.C., and Shirl, wife of R. William 
  Kichman of Cornwall; two grandchildren, Amanda and Seth Kneasel; a brother, P. 
  Dale, husband of Joyce Mamozic of Lebanon; and a number of nieces and nephews. 
  Funeral Services Friday 10 a.m. from Mt. Zion Road Church of the Brethren, 2087 
  Mt. Zion Road, Lebanon 17046. Interment at Zoars Lutheran Church Cemetery, 
  Lebanon. Viewing hours Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, 
  Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon 17042, and Friday morning from 9 to 10 a.m. at 
  the church.
