"Doc" Krissinger, 60, died Friday, July 15, 2011, at home surrounded by his family and friends. Born in Lebanon, on December 28, 1950, he was the son of the late Naomi Krissinger. Doc was a graduate of N. Lebanon High School and was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He was employed by D.E. Richard Garage for 46 years as a mechanic. He was a member of the Fredericksburg Fire Company and enjoyed being involved with the Fredericksburg Fire Company bowling team. Doc is survived by his caretakers and friends, Timothy and Megan Puchalski, and Dakota Weik of Lebanon; one brother, Lynford H. Krissinger and wife, Darlene of Richland; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services with full military honors will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, E. Hanover Twp. Public viewing will be held on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home and Crematory, Rt. 72 and Campmeeting Road, Jonestown. A procession will form on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of the arrangements.
