Krissinger, 76, died Friday, January 28, 2011, at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. He was the husband of Florence E. DeHart Krissinger, to whom he was married 54 years in August 2010. Born in Fredericksburg, on March 2, 1934, he was the son of the late John and Verna Hart Krissinger. Harold served in the Vietnam War and retired after serving 20 1/2 years in the U.S Army, where he achieved the rank of Sgt. 1st Class. He was a member of the Kochenderfer's United Methodist Church. Harold enjoyed woodworking, hunting, being an auto mechanic, and having coffee with his wife at the Frystown Truck Stop. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are seven children, daughter, Gail Adams of Fredericksburg, daughter, Terry Krissinger of Jonestown, son, Douglas Krissinger and companion, Bill Geesey of Middletown, son, Scott Krissinger of Lebanon, son, Timmy Krissinger of Lebanon, daughter, Cindy Krissinger of Lebanon, and son, Wayne Krissinger and wife, Michele of Lebanon; brother, Kenneth Krissinger of Lebanon, sisters, Arnetta, wife of Richard Showalter of Wernersville, Janette, wife of Roy Mace of Lititz, Janice, wife of Craig Kingsley of Annville, Betty Brown of Jacksonville, N.C., Jacquelyn Royer of Columbia, Gloria Jean, wife of Larry Carpenter of Rexmont, Janet, wife of Frank Dietz of Lebanon, and Shirley, wife of Richard Arnold of Palmyra; a sister-in-law, Anita Krissinger; eight grandchildren; and nine great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald Krissinger and John Krissinger, III. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 2, 2011, at the Kreamer Funeral Home & Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville, 17003. Interment with military honors will be in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
