Kruger, 86, died Tuesday, March 29, 2011, in the Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of David B. Kruger, who died in 1995. Born in the Ebersole Home on Pat's Hill, Hershey on March 18, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin W.S. and Mary Patrick Ebersole. She and her husband farmed in South Annville Township for over 50 years. Naomi was a 1942 graduate of Hershey High School, a member of the Annville Church of the Brethren where she was a member of the Loyal Bible Class, the Kitchen Committee, helped weekly with the Church bulletins, and attended many Brethren Church Conferences. She was also a member of the Pennsylvania and International Flying Farmers, Farm Women Group, South Annville Twp., On Earth Peace Assembly, Inc., and was a volunteer for the Brethren Relief Auction. She attended the National Older Adult Conference in Lake Junaluska, NC regularly. Naomi's family was of utmost importance to her. She loved traveling with friends and family. She particularly enjoyed gardening and spending time at the beach. Surviving are two sons, D. Brian Kruger and wife, Pamela, of Hayesville, N.C., Ben P. Kruger of Annville; two daughters, Lois K. wife of Timothy Walters of Easton, Beth K. wife of Dr. James Herman of Hershey; grandchildren Michelle, Ryan, and David Walters, Hillary Shaw, Kelly and Emily Garrison; great-grandchildren, Megan Bittle, Connor and Owen Walters; a brother, Dr. Benjamin Paul Ebersole of Baltimore, Md.; and a sister, Esta Craighead of Palmyra. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Dr. Luke Ebersole and Dr. Mark Ebersole. Memorial services will be held on Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Annville Church of the Brethren, 495 E. Maple Street, Annville, PA 17003 with a visitation from 3 to 4 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be held in South Annville Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
