  LEBANON Charlene G. Labe, 56, died Saturday, January 15, 2011, at her 
  residence. She was the wife of the late Randy Labe. Born in Lebanon on April 8, 
  1954, she was the daughter of Grace E. Smith Dubbs and the late Richard D. 
  Dubbs. She was a graduate of Annville-Cleona High School and was employed by 
  the Lebanon VA Medical Center where she worked in the laundry and kitchen 
  departments. Surviving in addition to her mother are two sons, Jeremiah Jorstad 
  and wife, April of Cleona and Joshua Jorstad of Lebanon; two grandchildren, 
  Neenah and Tyler Jorstad; four brothers, Larry Dubbs of Paulden, Ariz., Gregory 
  Dubbs of Grantville, Tracy Dubbs of Palmyra and Christopher Dubbs of Lebanon; 
  and a sister, Deborah wife of Preston Tone-Pah-Hote of Orrick, Mo. She was 
  preceded in death by a brother, Richard D. Dubbs, Jr. Memorial services will be 
  held at the convenience of the family. Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 
  Annville is in charge of the arrangements.
