  CEDAR HAVEN Denise G. Lebo, 95, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2011, at Cedar 
  Haven. She was the wife of Chester W. Lebo, who passed away March 23, 2006. 
  She was born on June 16, 1916, in Mounteville, France, daughter of the late 
  Jules and Lucie Gilles Bachelay. Denise met her future husband in France 
  following the D-Day invasion. She arrived in the United States in February 
  1947 after WWII and became a U.S. Citizen in 1955. She was a member of Zion 
  Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lebanon. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening 
  and reading the newspaper. She worked many years as an expert seamstress. She 
  is survived by her daughter, Annette D., wife of Robert A. Edwards, 
  Elizabethtown; grandson, Scott R. Edwards, Elizabethtown; and numerous nieces 
  and nephews in the U.S. and France. She was preceded in death by three 
  brothers and three sisters. Family and friends are respectfully invited to 
  attend Denise's funeral service Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at 11:00 AM from 
  Ruffner-Porterfield Funeral Directors & Cremation Services, Ltd, 890 Isabel 
  Dr. (next to Quentin Circle), Lebanon, with the Rev. Andrew Evenson 
  officiating. A viewing will be held Wednesday beginning at 10:00 AM at the 
  funeral home. Interment will be held at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
