  LEBANON Rita A. Leininger, 92, passed away Saturday October 8, 2011, at Manor 
  Care Health Services. She was the wife of the late Leonard P. Leininger. Rita 
  was born in Lebanon on June 12, 1919, the daughter of the late Raymond R. and 
  Helen E. (Mulligan) George. Rita was a graduate of Lebanon Catholic High 
  School and a member of St. Mary's Church where she was active in their Women's 
  Club. She sold hand made angels as a fundraiser for the church. She enjoyed 
  knitting, playing pinochle, and participating in her card clubs. Surviving are 
  four children, Leonard G, husband of Janet Leininger of Boyton Beach, Fla.; 
  Robert R. of Lebanon, William C. of Lebanon, and Suzanne M. Klein of 
  Jonestown; a sister, Catherine Pawluk of N. Andover, Mass.; eight 
  grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 
  Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 10 a.m. from St. Mary's Church, 2 North 8th St., 
  Lebanon 17046. Interment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Viewing 
  Wednesday morning 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the church.  Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 
  is entrusted with the arrangements.
