  Clarence L. Marks Sr. 
   
  ANNVILLE Clarence L. Marks, Sr., 101, died Monday, November 28, 2011, in the 
  Lebanon Valley Home in Annville. He was the husband of the late Violet Batdorf 
  Marks who died in 1987. Born in Frystown on June 30, 1910, he was the son of 
  the late Peter W. and Sally Bashore Marks. He was a carpenter by trade and 
  helped build Ft. Indiantown Gap and was a member of St. Paul's United Church 
  of Christ, Hamlin. Clarence is survived by three sons, Clarence L. Marks, Jr. 
  of Myerstown, Robert L. Marks and William P. Marks and wife, Karen both of 
  Lebanon; a daughter, Sallyann wife of Jake Brewer of Richland; three 
  grandchildren, Douglas Marks and wife, Maureen, Gregory P. Marks and wife, 
  Kristen and Leanne wife of Tim Shank; six great-grandchildren; and several 
  nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters. 
  Graveside services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. from Covenant/Greenwood 
  Cemetery, N. Lebanon Twp. Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville, is in 
  charge of the arrangements.
