  Francis M. McKniff 
   
  LEBANON Francis M. 'Skip' McKniff, 82, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, March 
  20, 2011 at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Phyllis M. 
  (Johnson) McKniff. Born in Westford, Mass., on July 14, 1928, he was the son of 
  the late John and Rose (Malloy) McKniff. He was the vice president of Caron 
  International. He graduated from Lowell Textile College. He was a member of 
  Mary Gate of Heaven Church, Myerstown. He was a Boston Red Sox fan and he 
  enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family and grandchildren. In 
  addition to his wife, Phyllis he is survived by seven children, Francis M. Jr., 
  husband of Sueanne McKniff; Gary, husband of Cyndy McKniff; Kevin, husband of 
  Meg McKniff; Brian J., husband of Debbie McKniff; Nancy A., wife of Bill 
  Barnett; Debbie J., wife of Eric Ellis; Susan J., wife of Dana Cox; 10 
  grandchildren: Erin, Kelly, Sarah, Doug, Morgan, Miranda, Maggie, Becca, Sean 
  and Riley; one great-granddaughter, Kylie; one brother, Joseph McKniff; one 
  sister, Barbara Marin; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death 
  by two brothers, John and Thomas McKniff. Funeral Mass Friday at 11 a.m. from 
  Mary Gate of Heaven Church, 188 W. McKinley Ave., Myerstown 17067. Viewing 
  hours from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. 126 S. 9th 
  St. Lebanon, 17042 and from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Interment at Holy 
  Cross Cemetery.
