  Sylvia M. Mowrer 
  
  ROBESONIA Sylvia M. (Rutter) Mowrer, 75, died Monday, January 17, 2011, at the 
  Reading Hospital & Medical Center. She was the wife of Glenn E. Mowrer, with 
  whom she shared 54 years of marriage on October 31, 2010. Born in Newmanstown, 
  she was a daughter to Margaret Wise. She graduated from Bernville High School. 
  She was a member of Calvary Bible Fellowship, Pioneer Fire Company, and Mt. 
  Pleasant Fire Company. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four 
  sons, Scott A. Mowrer, husband of Cindy of Mohrsville, Kevin M. Mowrer, husband 
  of Donna of Womelsdorf, Terry E. Mowrer of Myerstown, and Duane D. Mowrer, 
  husband of Karen of Robesonia; three daughters, Glenda M. Davis of Newmanstown, 
  Linda J., wife of Jerry Dyer of Mohnton, and Lisa E., wife of Mike Caruso of 
  Stella, N.C.; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased 
  by a brother, Earl Rutter, and a sister, Jean Moyer. Services will be held at 
  11 a.m. Saturday at Hill Funeral Home, Rehrersburg, with her pastor, Pastor 
  Terry Byrd, officiating. A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at 
  the funeral home. Burial will be in Frystown Cemetery, Myerstown.
