Mary E. Neiswinter 
 
PALMYRA Mary E. Neiswinter, 97, died Saturday, January 8, 2011, in the M.S. 
Hershey Medical Center. Born May 10, 1913, in Hazleton, she was a daughter of 
the late Leroy and Elizabeth (Jamison) Walbridge. With her husband, she co-
owned Neiswinter's Pharmacy, Palmyra, from 1953 to 1963 and was then employed 
by Pickel's Pharmacy, Palmyra. She was a member of Palm Lutheran Church, 
Palmyra, Bucknell University class of 1935, Palmyra Garden Club, and was a 50 
year member of the Palmyra Order of the Eastern Star #402. The widow of Robert 
Irvin Neiswinter, who passed away on January 23, 1968, she was also preceded in 
death by her sister, Marjorie Kerst. Surviving are her children, Robert, Jr., 
husband of Millie Neiswinter of Eden, Md., and Nancy, wife of Roy Miller of 
Bethlehem; grandchildren, Beth Watson of Salisbury, Md., Lisa Neiswinter of 
Langhorne, David Miller of Bethlehem, and Michelle Warren of Easton; great-
grandchildren, Meagan, Julia, Sarah, Kathryn, Lauren, and Alexander; and niece, 
Marilyn Pamer of Delray Beach, Fla. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. 
Thursday at Buse Funeral Home, 145 N. Grant St., Palmyra, preceded by a viewing 
from 10 a.m. Interment in Hershey Cemetery.
