  JoAnn R. Nelson 
  
  LEBANON JoAnn R. Nelson, formerly of Cleona, died Sunday, May 22, 2011 in the 
  Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of Dale R. Nelson, Sr., to whom she 
  was married for 53 years. Born in Lebanon on January 1, 1938, she was the 
  daughter of the late Amos and Mary Lineaweaver Runkel. She was employed as a 
  secretary for the Lebanon School District. JoAnn was a 1955 graduate of Lebanon 
  High School and a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, Cleona. She 
  enjoyed playing bingo, especially at Foxwoods Casino, cards, and was an admirer 
  of Elvis Presley. Her joy in life came from spending time with her children and 
  grandchildren and attending their sporting events. Surviving, in addition to 
  her husband, are two sons, Dale R. Nelson, Jr. and wife Kim of South Annville, 
  David K. Nelson and wife Renee of Annville; daughters, Donna J. wife of Steve 
  Fancovic of Lebanon, and twins Dawn M. wife of Charles Dull of Annville, and 
  Debra J. wife of William Bering, Sr. of Bethel; 12 grandchildren; six great-
  grandchildren; a sister, Shirley wife of Carl Radcliffe of Parkersburg, W.Va.; 
  and a nephew, Donald Lineaweaver of Harrisburg. She was preceded in death by 
  two sisters, Marian Kreider and Alverta Grander. Funeral services will be held 
  on Thursday at 12 noon from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main 
  St., Annville. Interment will be in Cornwall Cemetery. Viewing will be held on 
  Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the funeral home.
