  LEBANON Patricia A. Nies, 65, died Tuesday, October 11, 2011, in the Lebanon 
  Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of David B. Nies with whom she 
  celebrated a 20th wedding anniversary in June and the late R. Thomas 
  Heverling. She was born in Lebanon on April 30, 1946, a daughter of the late 
  Adam Koons and the late Florence Boyer Koons Rudisill. She was a retired 
  housekeeper having worked for Jubilee Ministries. She was a member of Trinity 
  U.M. Church, Lebanon. In addition to her husband she is survived by a 
  daughter, Tammy Heverling, companion of Greg Munnion, Lebanon; grandchildren, 
  Ryan Bugg, Abigail Munnion, Gregory Munnion, Emily Bugg, adopted 
  granddaughter, and loving caregiver, Ashley N. Brewer; brother, William and 
  wife, Carol Koons, Lebanon; sister, Marabelle (Betsy) Martin, Manheim; also 
  nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Catherine 
  (Cookie) Uhler; and a grandson: Jason James Long. Funeral services will be 
  Friday at 10 a.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, 
  preceded by a viewing beginning at 9 a.m. Interment will be made in the 
  Covenant Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rohland 
  Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
