  William L. Owens Jr. 
  
  HERSHEY William L. "Bumper" Owens, Jr., 57, died Saturday, February 26, 2011, 
  in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He was born January 30, 1954, in Hershey, 
  son of the late William L., Sr. and Margaret (Rowley) Owens. Bumper was a 
  Hershey High School graduate, a former employee of the HB Reese Candy Co., and 
  a former member of both the Hershey V.F.W. Post 3502 and the Hershey Italian 
  Lodge. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed Notre Dame Football and all of the 
  Philadelphia professional sports teams. Surviving are two brothers, Kenneth W. 
  of Hershey, and John and his wife, Jacqueline; a niece, Jessica; and great-
  niece Lola, all of Palmyra. A visitation will be held in the Hoover Funeral 
  Homes & Crematory, Inc. of Hershey on Friday at 10 a.m. with the funeral 
  service at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in the Hershey Cemetery.
