  LEBANON Jane C. Peffley, 82, passed away peacefully Monday, November 7, 2011. 
  She was born in Brownstown, to the late Roy and Salome (Strickler) Carpenter. 
  She will be deeply missed by her husband of 56 years, Donald G. Peffley; her 
  children, Barry J. Peffley, Sandi Jones and (late husband Kent), Cindy 
  Stauffer and husband Gregg, Gary J. Peffley and wife Bonnie, Candy J. Heisey 
  and husband Curt; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She loved 
  spending time with her grandchildren, playing pinochle, traveling abroad and 
  spending time designing special cards for family and friends. She was a member 
  of the U.M. Church of the Good Shepherd, Lebanon for over 10 years, and a 
  member of Groome U.M. Church, Lewes, DE. and a former member of Memorial U.M. 
  Church, Lebanon. She was retired from San Giorgio Pasta. She also worked for 
  Bethlehem Steel and Marco Electric. A memorial service will be held at her 
  church at 1500 Quentin Road, Lebanon, PA 17042, Thursday at 6 p.m. A private 
  interment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
