  William S. Peterson 
   
  HUMMELSTOWN William S. Peterson, 63, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2011, 
  in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. William was born February 11, 1948, in 
  Philadelphia. He graduated from the Milton Hershey School, class of "66", and 
  retired as a carpenter from Phil's Remodeling. He was Protestant by faith; an 
  Army veteran of the Viet Nam War; and a member of the Hershey American Legion 
  and the Hershey Italian Lodge. Surviving are his wife, Ruth M. (Gordon) 
  Peterson; sons, Scott and Shawn Peterson of Hummelstown; grandson, Shane 
  Peterson; three sisters; one brother; and several nieces and nephews. He was 
  preceded in death by a sister. Services will be held Tuesday, October 11, 
  2011, at 11 a.m. in the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., Route #422 & 
  Lucy Avenue, Hershey. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 9:30 a.m. until service 
  time. Interment with full military honors will be in the Indiantown Gap 
  National Cemetery.
