  Marion I. Reichert 
  JONESTOWN
  
  Marion I. Reichert, 73, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011, at her residence.
  Born on August 2, 1937, in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the late John and 
  Ethel Shirey Scholl.  Marion worked as a Knitter & Threader at the former Gold 
  Mills, Inc., Pine Grove for 25 years.  She was preceded in death by one sister, 
  Barbara Krepps and one brother, Earl Scholl. Surviving are her husband of 55 
  years, Garfield G. Reichert; three sons, Kevin husband of Tammy Reichert, Sr. 
  of Jonestown, Dee Jay husband of Doris Reichert and Darrel husband of Holly 
  Reichert both of Lebanon, one daughter, Debra Pentowski of Lebanon; five 
  grandchildren, Brooke Reichert, Kevin Reichert, Jr., Zachery Reichert, Amanda 
  Reichert and Daniel Mack; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Judith 
  Achenbach of Myerstown.  Services will be held at the Schuylkill Church of the 
  Brethren, 347 Sweet Arrow Lake Road, Pine Grove, Thursday at 2 p.m. with Pastor 
  Richard Hoffman officiating. There will be a viewing on Thursday from noon to 2 
  p.m. at the Church. Interment will follow in the Church of the Brethren 
  Cemetery, Pine Grove.  The family would prefer, in lieu of flowers, donations 
  be made to the American Cancer Society.  The H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., 
  Pine Grove, is in charge of arrangements.
